SinoAm Global Fund - Africa Representation

SP Consulting is the Africa partner for SinoAm Global Fund, supporting their market engagement and investment activities across emerging African markets.


Acting as SinoAm Global Fund’s authorised regional representative, SP Consulting facilitates high-level stakeholder engagement across public and private sectors and supports the origination and advancement of investment opportunities aligned with the Fund’s strategic mandate, with a focus on infrastructure, energy, housing, and other priority development sectors.

Ghana - Government & Institutional Engagement

SP Consulting coordinated and supported SinoAm Global Fund’s initial market engagement visit to Ghana, facilitating high-level discussions with senior government stakeholders as part of the Fund’s broader Africa market entry and assessment process.


As part of this visit, SinoAm Global Fund’s leadership met with Honourable Ernest Brogya Genfi, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Ghana, to explore early-stage perspectives on national development priorities and potential areas of future collaboration. The meeting formed part of a wider programme of stakeholder engagement designed to support informed dialogue and relationship building at both public and institutional levels.


Beyond individual meetings, the Ghana visit served as an important market familiarisation exercise, enabling the Fund to gain on-the-ground insight into Ghana’s investment climate, regulatory environment, and business landscape, while establishing foundational relationships across both public and private sectors.

Tanzania - Investment Introductions (London)

SP Consulting coordinated and supported a high-level investment meeting in London between SinoAm Global Fund's Chariman, Mr Najib Choufani, Managing Director, Mr Tarek Choufani and senior representatives of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania.


The meeting was attended by Honourable Professor Kitila Mkumbo, Minister of State in the President’s Office for Planning and Investment; Dr. Tausi M. Kida, Permanent Secretary in the President’s Office for Planning and Investment; His Excellency Mbelwa Kairuki, High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania to the United Kingdom; and Mr. Amani Nkurlu, Principal Foreign Service Officer, Department of Economic Diplomacy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation.

Visit Zanzibar - London Bus Campaign (January 2026)

In January 2026, SP Consulting launched the Visit Zanzibar London bus marketing campaign, a high-visibility destination marketing initiative.


The campaign was delivered in collaboration with the Zanzibar Commission for Tourism and the Tanzania High Commission in the United Kingdom, leveraging iconic London buses to promote Zanzibar to international audiences, stakeholders, and the wider public.


The Visit Zanzibar London campaign marked a milestone in destination promotion, demonstrating how out-of-home advertising in a global capital can be used to elevate awareness, reinforce brand positioning, and stimulate interest in emerging and established destinations alike.
